Late last year, some of us were pondering a retro kz 1300 and what it's possibilities were- and came to the conclusion that it would never happen. And I'm sure that still holds true today. There isn't even a modern 6 cylinder Kawasaki to base it on.
However- most of us - myself included- have probably owned a cb750 . Whitehouse of Japan has done some amazing things with the new cb1100. Check it out.

Stunning, Thanks for posting.
Begs the question why Honda did not launch something as gorgeous as that !

Gorgeous. What a great way to pay tribute to one of the first superbikes. Thanks for posting Tackelhappy.
I prefer the retro look over the newer wedge look. When the new retro Z1 appeared with the 4 into 1 exhaust it just didn't do it for me. Had they remanufactured the original 4 into 4 exhaust, I'd have been all over it. It's such a classic look. Much like the old Kawasaki triples with the 2 pipes out the right and the one out the left. If they brought the triples back and did something different with the exhaust, it just wouldn't do it for me.

I agree with the exhaust system issue - it needs those four mufflers.
Being more of a sport bike rider than a cruiser rider , these Honda's just get better. Remember the CB 1100 RR . Well, here's a new one

This company listed can't be far away from selling, if they aren't already, these conversions for the RS Kawasaki. Apparently these bikes are selling very well.

Both are very nice clean looking rides. Not sure that the half fairing on the CB1100 would be for me. I don't mind the 1/4 fairings that turn with the steering head. The fixed farings make me think I'm driving a bus when going around a corner. It's unnerving to me..

I'm really stuck on this Kar Design concept. Would really like to know what wheels are on this. Also love the way they tucked the outer exhaust downpipes and the shorty mufflers all tucked in tight. All that took the bulkiness away and made it look more sporty. And it's back to 4 mufflers. Something about the 4 muffs that just do it for me. I think 6 pipes are too much and 2 pipes too little.
