I've been chasing a high idle issue on my B2 and I think I narrowed it down. It looks to be a mechanical issue. The throttle does not completely close (the bracket does not hit the stop per the manual). I can force it closed, but even with the carbs removed it will not close. Is there an adjustment I'm missing? I know the cables aren't top notch, but is there a Band-Aid I can put on this until I get new cables?

Are the carb's all sync'd that might cause the butterfly valves not to close evenly and the idle to hang.

Question please: How would you buy a carb sync kit for a 6 cyl? I've been searching and can only find 2's and 4's.

I bought a 2 and a 4 and then bolted them to some extruded aluminium angle.

I always hook all 6 up but I reckon you could get away with only connecting 3 gauges as you can't really balance each of the 3 pairs. You can only get the best compromise between the 3 pairs.
