I'd like to see if anyone knows a good source for vacuum bolts on our bikes. I'm talking about part 92001-1143.

My bike has two working ones but I would like more (at least 4). That way I can sync them someday when I get to that point lol. There's one on ebay but in my opinion 30 bucks isn't a fair price for a single hollow bolt. No matter how rare it might be in my eyes it's still just a bolt.

When I purchased it last year one of the bolts had already been broken off from the prior owner with the threads still stuck in the hole. Wound up using steel putty to plug up the vacuum leak :(.

I've looked into maybe vacuum bolts from other kz's or bikes but I would only be guessing at best at the fitment. Thanks for any suggestions!

Hello Mike:

I have purchased these spigots from Motion-Pro. You local parts house, or dealership should be able to order a set for you. They are fairly inexpensive.

These spigots generally come in a set of 4, two long and two short, for carb a syncronization. They are made out of copper. I believe the original gasket was an aluminum washer to keep it air tight.

I think they are 6mm.

Regards.

Here is what the Motion Pro tubes look like.

Part number 08-0040.

They offer several other types that may suit your needs better, just review their catalog.
