Old Pic, my first 13

Just found this hidden in an old box, taken in I think 1985, I bought sold and broke bikes through the 80's, bought this one on a roundabout near Blackpool for £900, sold it a couple of weeks later for £1400 and had fun imbetween.

Oh, that is too cool. What a beautiful bike!

Thinking whether to paint my spare colourset red , it does suit the 13, rather than the crackpot metalflake purple I was going to do, either way it will be nice to have 2 bikes for the price of 1.

I think it was an early X reg 1981 so presumably from the looks an A2? Straight through stainless tubes sounded good, chrome mudguard looks ok on it.

I wish I took more pics in the 80s and 90s... video too. It wasn't easy like today.. fitting thousands of pictures or videos on your phone which is almost always with you..
