Running a tad lean across the range. Thinking of up sizing main jet from 110 to 115 or 120.Thoughts? 115 or jump to 120?

Bike is running lean just off idle circuit all the way to main jet. Main jet is *real* lean, so my thought was to fatten the main, which would also fatten from 1/8th throttle to full?
I don't know how significant a 5 pt jump is for main jet, hence the question.

I suspect I've rebuilt more of these carbs then anyone.  I Road test every set.  I've never found a need to "play" with Jets and the Main-needle has always remained with the #3 clip position.
The elevation here is 1,100'.  Open-up your pilot needles and if that's not sufficient:, then Raise the Main.
You're going to be chasing your tail if you start changing-out jets.

I'm running a DG-6 into 1 exhaust with CermaChrome headers and K&N filter. Elevation is 0 feet to 1,200 most of the time at 800 or so.

I have 4 more racks to go through, once they are done it will be easy to swap and test on my test road.

Oh, used a ColorTune or whatever they are called to adjust idle mixture. Except for carb 1 which still doesn't show any response to idle circuit adjustments.

"DG-6 into 1 exhaust headers and K&N filter"

As am I.

From experience:  If a pilot needle is not showing a response; in my case it was because someone had used one of those damned "Jet Cleaners" and damaged (over-sized the pilot needle port in the venturi.
I was able to repair this but it was very "tricky" and frankly - I think it was more luck then determination.
