Can you not just explain what is happening rather than a video.?
If you have had the top end off and rebuilt it, the coolant system will be full of small air pockets which initially will work their way to the highest point of the coolant system..........Rad Cap, once you run it.
This is also the main reason for having to "burp" the system after draining.
