Has anyone found a replacement/alternative part for the C.C.T. rubber-roller?   Mine looked great until I discovered radial cracks on both sides.

Thanks KB.  On that site I found one that says Original Kawasaki and it appears OEM but how the Hell do you order anything from them ?

www.z1300.de     Not  a user-friendly site for the English speaking.

Elsewhere I also see another Kawasaki roller;  and the use of a different style chain makes these inapplicable as you stated.

The subject of communicating with the site has come up in the past. if you send them an email in English, they are more than happy to assist. ( I seem to recall Lares advising us of this)
Hope this helps.

Scotch, Have you sourced a cam chain roller yet?   How is the rest of your top-end overhaul progressing?

RE: Cam chain roller  Thanks to kawboy for getting this rolling
"Gordon"  has indicated that he can make a roller using "plastic".  It sounds like this would be a "one of" for $60.00 us.
The bearings used in the sprocket and roller are "J-78", readily available - I purchased one for $7.00, locally and am currently "smashing eggs" !
I've mocked-up a two rollers - 1 nylon and one rubber.  Still playing with these.
I took my cyl-block, head, pistons and valves to a machine shop last week. They are busy.   Am expecting a call in a few days to let me know how things measured-up.
I'm prepared to buy new pistons/rings if required.   +0.5mm and +1.0mm are available. I'm not interested in a Big Bore kit although it's ironic that a B.B. kit is cheaper.
I 've had some discussion with 2 trusted people about using a ball-bearing in place of the roller.
The specific size is hard to find but I did finally get a bearing #.  11 mm bore is NOT common.  none-the-less - The consensus is "No".  I'll leave it that !
