So I put of my carb today to take care of it a little and interrogated my self. It is normale to have petrol in the boot between carb and engine two carb.I would say that there is an "excess" of gas what pence you.

Is the bike running? Is this discovery immediately after a ride? Not sufficient info to make a judgement but generally speaking there will always be fuel wetness in these boots. Can not tell by your picture how much. or by what you assess as excessive. One cause is due to naturally occurring "Fuel Stand-off". Google it. Nothing can be done about this. Another probable cause is fuel-bowl levels too high. In this case, if all three boots are equally wet check your float levels.
Regarding your spark plugs. I've seen better and I've seen a lot worse. If your float levels are high (Rich) this COULD account for some of the soot around the base-ring. I wouldn't be concerned about this until you check the float levels.

So I check my float level and. It look good. So I change sparkplug 5 day ago and did 60 KLM park it after that little and Smoot ride. Stay park for 5 days and today notice the fuel in boot it like 1 or 2 ml not a big amount. That's my float level.

If your measurement as indicated by your tube is 7.5mm from the base edge of the carb body , then you're OK. However, going by your picture it appears your fuel level(s) is too high.
