Carburator and battery installed.

It seems like there is an electrical problem.

Turn main switch on (under the seat), turn ignition switch on, engine switch to Run position.
Neutral light on, oil light on. Clutch lever fully engage.

Pressed start button ... nothing.
Fuel selenoid does not open.
the oil level sensor is connected.

Prior to installation I did checked the main and ignition according to the maintenance book. Everything checked out.
Also checked the starter motor, also checked good, I gave it a quick 12 volts shot and it turned over fine.

I will work on it tonight.

Any pointers from you guys would be appreciate.

Check for continuity when the clutch switch is closed. Then check the starter button itself.

I removed that stupid clutch switch. Its a useless feature.

I'm please to report success my friends.
There is a new sixer alive. Soon to be on the road.

Tyler you were right on the money. I found a faulty wire on the Off/Run button. After a quick weld I reinstalled the it
I could ear the selenoid valve kicking in.
The rest is gravy only. It started right up with a few try and a small amount of carb clean.

It seems it's runing rich. Should I go straight with 105 jet size with the 6in1 Dg exhaust?
What are the standard jet size?

Shouldn't have to drop jet sizes. Normally the 1300's run perfect with stock jetting and the DG pipe. You could try dropping the main jets needles one notch. Normally they should sit in the middle groove. How fresh is the fuel? Did you do a compression test?

I didn't do a compression test. Fuel is a year old super unleaded.
I will see to both. I will check the jets only in last resort.

Thanks
