You will need to run a short vacuum pipe from your inlet track, which is easily done.
As this is a vacuum type tap, it stops petrol passing thru as soon as the engine stops running which is the reason they are fitted to modern bikes.

Hi Bucko,
I cannot confirm that.
It will be down to the pitch between the 2 mounting holes and direction of the fuel pipe to the tap.
