So.. as I was spraying with brake cleaner, I decided to strip them of all the rubbers, they didn't give me any problems so far.
I have new float bowl gaskets, the rest goes back as is, all the membranes look very good.
got a can of putoline carb cleaner, works really well, the dirt just runs of.
I will take it to work and soke it in the techniclean degreaser bath, and work on it with some more carb cleaner and compressed air, and I think they will be super clean..
Maybe also get them ultrasonic cleaned, local motorshop charges $50, but I don't think they really need it, or better to have it done anyway?

Remove all rubber parts before using the degreaser fluid. they tend to dissolve and expand.

There are also oil seals on the throttle shafts that can get damaged, depending on what you clean the carb bodies with.
A non caustic method such as ultrasonic cleaning is one of the best ways to safeguard those seals.
These seals are pretty hard to find new.

I think I got everything out.. which seals do you mean exactly todd, maybe I missed them.
Do you mean the shaft where the butterfly valves are mounted to?
I will bring 'm to the bike shop to get them ultrasonic cleaned to be sure and not put them in the degreaser bath, it's not to expensive.
thanks.
