You're video will have a file name, so it's not much different than uploading a file. Go to the bottom of your post and "add file" insert the name of the video file.

Put your cursor back in your post where you want the pic of the video to show up and hit the insert button.
Finish your post by submitting it and the video pic will show up that can be clicked to view.
