Since 1995, 'We The People' as citizens, have repeatedly and respectfully Petitioned the Government for Redress of its violations through an organization headed up by Bob Schulz suitably called the We The People Organization. WTP have established an overwhelming and irrefutable historic record of numerous, continuing violations by the Government and its steadfast refusal to justify its behavior or be held accountable in any way.

For instance:

In light of the war powers clauses of the Constitution, we have an individual Right to a government that does not apply the armed forces of the United States in hostilities overseas without a declaration of war; the invasion of Iraq was unconstitutional in light of the fact that war was never declared against Iraq by the Congress of United States.

In light of the money clauses of the constitution the Federal Reserve System is unconstitutional.

We, the people have not authorized the government to give or lend public money or credit to private corporations for definitively private purposes. The Treasury and Fed bailouts are unconstitutional.

We, the people have not authorized the government to create a North American union that would, for all intents and purposes, erase our northern and southern borders. The development of a North American Union is unconstitutional and the failure to protect our borders is a violation of the oath of office by the President and others that take it.

In light of the privacy clauses of the constitution, the USA PATRIOT ACT is unconstitutional, and the developing police state is unconstitutional.

In light of the tax clauses of the constitution, the direct, un-apportioned tax on labor is unconstitutional.

In light of the Second Amendment, any federal gun control laws are unconstitutional.

In light of the Second Amendment, the absence of well-regulated state militias is unconstitutional.

In light of the “faithfully execute” clause of the Constitution, the President’s failure to faithfully execute the immigration and naturalization laws is unconstitutional.

In light of the “natural born citizen” clause of the Constitution, it is unconstitutional for Mr. Obama to assume the office of President of the United States, no matter the number of people who voted for him.

In light of the spirit and intent of the Constitution, it is unconstitutional for the Government to conduct elections that do not rely on paper ballots that are hand-marked and hand-counted with results announced and posted at each polling place.

In light of the First Amendment, Government officials are obligated to respond to the People’s Petitions for Redress of Grievances/violations of the Constitution.

When a long train of abuses, usurpations and refusals to respond to Petitions for Redress of violations of the Constitution evinces a conspiracy to transition our Constitutional Republic to a pure democracy, or to otherwise strip us of our Liberties and reduce us to serfdom under absolute despotism, it is the right of the People to alter the Government, pro-actively, non-violently and with critical mass.

Chicago is Mr. Obama’s hometown. His transition team is operating out of the Kluczynski Federal Building in downtown Chicago. He is known to be a regular reader of the Tribune, Chicago’s principal newspaper, with a daily circulation of over a half-million readers. The Open Letter to Mr. Obama is a formal Petition for a Redress (Remedy) for the alleged violation of the “natural born citizen” clause of the Constitution of the United States of America. Mr. Obama is respectfully requested to direct the Hawaiian officials to provide access to his original birth certificate on December 5-7 by our team of forensic scientists, and to provide additional documentary evidence establishing his citizenship status prior to our Washington, D.C. press conference on December 8.

A First Amendment Petition to any official of the Government for Redress of a violation of the Constitution is substantially different from the garden-variety political petitions frequently received by government officials. This Petition demands it be given the highest priority for an expedited review and official Response by Mr. Obama. As a formal “Notice of a Constitutional Violation,” the Petition naturally includes the People’s inherent Right to an official Response. As a time-sensitive, election related Petition involving the Office of the President, failure to Respond as requested would constitute an egregious breach of the public trust and confirm the certainty of a Constitutional crisis.

For the D.C. press conference the WTP Foundation has reserved the Edward R. Murrow Room at the National Press Club from 1-4 pm on Monday, December 8, 2008. We are hopeful that C-SPAN may cover what could be a pivotal, historic event.

The Complaint: 'WTP v. The most egregious result of these developments is that not only are the People effectively unable to secure Redress against Government entities that have harmed them, but the Judiciary has now abdicated its fundamental function under the Constitution by refusing to interpret the Constitution where questions of the Sovereignty of the People are implicated.

This is no small matter for the People. Without substantive recourse through the courts and no means by which to secure a declaration of these fundamental Principles from the Judiciary, the People are, indeed, left with very few means by which to peacefully secure their Rights against the majority or the tyrants. Is Obama a US Citizen? - The Birth Certificate presented by the Obama campaign has been photo-shopped. Obama has posted what appears to be a fake birth certificate on his "smears" page to end rumors that he is not a US Citizen. If he has nothing to hide, why post a fake document? For $10 he can get a new one. It appears the image posted on Obama's "smears" page is a copy of what was posted by "Kos". Doesn't Obama have an certified copy? Why did his own campaign have to copy it off a blog? It appears that it has now been proved that Obama's certificate is a fake. A blogger had sent the daily kos a blank form containing only the time and island filled in. Even the certificate number area is blank-and what he submitted is of higher resolution than the certificates on the daily Kos or Obama's website. It is impossible to increase resolution in a jpeg. If I Were President by Chuck Baldwin - If I were President, I would begin the process of safely extracting our troops from Iraq. In the first place, our troops are no longer fighting a war, they are an occupation force, which occupies a sovereign country. And this is being done without a Declaration of War. I've done quite a bit of searching on Stirling engines for off the grid power generation, and I did find a few for purchase by the general public, and a few in the works specifically for home power generation:

Stirling Solar Dish - We have solar thermal, solar dish, or concentrating solar power systems available now, which is a totally non polluting power generation technology where the only fuel used is the sun!!! But this company only makes them available for utility-scale applications ranging from 1 MW to 1,000 MW or more for $150,000 and up. One dish on an annual basis can produce 55,000-60,000 kWh of electricity. This is equivalent to the total energy required for about 8 - 12 typical homes in the U.S. This is not a solar panel (Photovoltaic) type technology! Photovoltaic technology is generally not abundant enough or cost-effective enough to meet any large scale demands.

The solar dish Stirling system is shaped much like large satellite dishes (approximately 38' in diameter), and covered with curved mirrors. These solar dishes are programmed with a heliostat to always face the sun and focus that energy on a collector, in much the same way that a satellite dish focuses radio waves on a tuner. This collector is connected to a Stirling engine which uses the thermal power generated by the focused solar energy to heat hydrogen in a closed-loop system. The expanding hydrogen gas creates a pressure wave on the pistons of the Stirling engine which spins an electric motor creating electricity with no fuel cost or pollution. This is a well established, reliable technology, and the southwest region of the United States is ideally suited for this. An extra benefit is that Stirling Dish Systems create no adverse environmental consequences from their installation. Hydrogen, Helium, and Nitrogen are the typical working fluids in Stirling engines, but Hydrogen is best.

Still, it's really the best home unit I can find that just burns wood. Be aware though, you get all the hot water you need as well as radiant heat to heat your home.

WTL in New Zealand sells a marine unit in the USA for installations in boats. Could be used as a off-grid battery charging system that supplies hot water as well, but it only puts out about 800 - 1000 watts 12 volt. At $11,000 per unit, that's pretty stiff for that low of an output, and they only thing they sell into the USA market is their diesel fired unit, though they have home systems that run on natural gas, biomass, propane, etc, in NZ.

They're also supposed to make a residential unit for single homes of a similar design by 2009.

The Coleman is apparently not being made anymore, and it looks like it sold for around $500 - $600 when it was on the market. But there's another unit that looks just like it that is available:

So it seems there's quite a bit of Stirling engine powered products out there as this is only part of what I found, but nothing that I thought I could just buy right now because it was such a good bargain. This technology is poised to make home power generation available for such a low long term cost that people won't be able to afford not to invest in it pretty soon. Obviously the power generation industry would rather keep you connected to their grid, so maybe that's why most people aren't aware of such technologies. When they talk about going 'green', do they mention they're using concentrated solar dish technology right now? This Stirling engine powering their dish was perfected back in the mid 1970's. We could all be off the grid today if we had known that all we needed was a dish in our backyard to collect sunlight. An 8' dish is pretty much all it takes. Less than twice the size as the big satellite dishes you use to see in peoples yards years ago before they came out with the small ones.

EEStor in Austin, Texas - There is a potentially disruptive battery technology known as an ultracapacitor that is being developed by a rather secretive but apparently well financed company called EEStor in Texas. It would store and then generate enormous quantities power compared with existing batteries, be capable of re-charging very rapidly, and hold a virtually infinite number of recharges. EEStor EESUs (Electric Energy Storage Units) are expected to provide over 450 watt hours per kilogram and over 700 watt hours per liter, charge in minutes, and, for all practical vehicular purposes, last indefinitely. By comparison, lithium iron phosphate batteries provide about 100 watt hours per kilogram and 170 watt hours per liter. Unlike electrochemical batteries, EESUs should not break down from use or time during the life of a vehicle. They are expected to deliver high current without loss of efficiency or excess heat, and they should operate at optimum efficiency over a wide range of ambient temperatures. They will be configurable for any output voltage that optimizes vehicle performance, and will maintain that output voltage at a constant level over the span of each discharge cycle. Production is expected to start mid 2009.

EEStor article on MIT Technology Review - EEStor claims that its system, called an electrical energy storage unit (EESU), will have more than three times the energy density of the top lithium-ion batteries today. The company also says that the solid-state device will be safer and longer lasting, and will have the ability to recharge in less than five minutes. Toronto-based ZENN Motor, an EEStor investor and customer, says that it's developing an EESU-powered car with a top speed of 80 miles per hour and a 250-mile range. It hopes to launch the vehicle, which the company says will be inexpensive, in the fall of 2009.

LightEVs plans to use EEStor’s technology - LightEVs expects to offer a variety of electric propulsion systems for use in electric bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, and three-wheeled vehicles in partnership with existing manufacturers and under its own brands. John Stephens, Executive Vice President, said, “We expect to be able to provide performance characteristics exceeding those of existing light electric and gasoline powered vehicles. Their batteries, though relatively inexpensive, and have a higher life than standard Pb-acid batteries, they do not offer the high energy density and are not as low weight as advanced batteries.
