Wanted: Deep Sump Oil Pans any year KZ1300 or ZN1300 models but prefer KZ pans over the ZN pans. A deep sump pan is immediately recognizable by the fact that the drain plug comes off the very bottom of the pan and pointing downwards where the shallow pans had the plug at the bottom front edge and pointing towards the front of the bike. All 81' and up KZ1300's and all ZN1300's should have deep sump pans. Some 80' B2 models will have deep pans on them but not all. Any bike could have a deep or shallow pan depending on whether someone has changed it in the past.
Pan should come with the oil pan bolts, oil filter cover - spring and washer; oil galley elbow (the part that comes off the front of the cover and bolts to the bottom of the engine) and the oil pickup and screen along with the screws that held it on. Since the oil pickup is longer on a deep sump pan, if you don't have this part then the oil pan is not worth as much. The original real-time Bulletin Boards were taken down until I can come up with a replacement BB script to take their place. This had to be done because of the incredible amount of spam that was being posted to these BB's on a daily basis - sometimes more than 100 spam posts a day. About 99% of these postings were promoting pharmaceuticals as if someone was going to see their spam post on my site and go over to their site and buy their drugs.
