The worst I experienced from Partzilla is slow service, but that has improved greatly in the last year.  I used them regularly when I want stock parts.

Me too.  I usually wait (if I can) until I have a big enough of an order to take advantage of the free shipping (which I think is $149??)

I recently received a box from PartZilla that had numerous other internet motorbike parts suppliers on it. I think one big umbrella company owns them all...
