First of all, I like to know if it's the correct part.
My book says it's a fuel pump but on the internet i have to search for the fuel solenoid valve to get some result.
After that, if it's a fuel solenoid valve, well they are all unavailable on every internet site and eBay.
So is there anyone that can help me out with this?

Yes that's a fuel cutoff valve. Why do you want one?

I can also confirm that the picture is an electric fuel shut-off valve. Identical to the one (sitting in my spare parts box) from my 1980. And I too will ask: Why do you want to install one? They are another potential air-bubble trap in the fuel system (as initially installed below the carbs, add countless inches to the fuel line which ultimately restricts fuel-flow and with two fuel-line connections and the valve body itself inclusive - 3 more places to develop a fuel leak. If it's for a "Concours" show bike then I can see the need. If it's for your weekend rider - TOSS IT ! It's a simple discipline to learn to turn the fuel flow off at the tanks fuel pet-cock. I use the surplus power for a driving-light.

Well if I connect the fuel line direct to the carb, what should i do with the hole over the transmission that was connected to the shut off valve?

Not sure I fully understand the question, but I filled the gap in the fuel line witha fuel filter. Basically, run a line from the petcock down to above the transmission, fuel filter, then another line up to the carbs.

Pretty sure that hole connects the crankcase to the air box with a short "Z" shaped rubber hose.
