Is it stuck in the hole? The hole is the outlet for the excess oil and if the oring is stuck in the hole, it must have come from the upstream side of the oil system. It could be the oring from the oil filter bolt. Maybe someone changed the oil filter and when they removed the oil filter bolt, they tore the oring off of the bolt and it stayed in the oil filter casing until it got pushed through and got stuck in the oil pressure relief valve. Just a thought.
