take 4 lets see if they load now

yea me, I guess windows 10 image formats changed a bit loads alright from w7.
Anyway hook this across blown fuse holder, power up circuit to be tested and should show load.

I'm using a Oregon Motorcycle Parts high output voltage regulator. Makes sense it could be my voltage regulator. ..

Shouldnt make a difference its whats pulling on it could be a connection in loom rubbing wires etc
