Top images are ones I took of hurricane Ike at my house 9/20/08 in Tomball, Texas, which was in the northwest Houston area on the 'clean' side of the storm. Others below those are pictures various people sent me via email mostly of the Galveston area destruction. The pile of limbs and pine straw you see stacked up there at the end; that's mostly just stuff we raked off the driveway before we even got to cleaning the yard up! Our burning barrel had a fire going for a solid week to burn all this debris! It's been 2 weeks now, and people in my area are still burning debris with many more piles that haven't been touched and lot's of tress that haven't been cut on. That's all I've been doing is helping people cut up trees that fell down...
