BACKGROUND OF INVENTION:

It is known that coppers' electron mass at rest is M=9.107 x 10¯ ³¹.  It has odd electrons and is paramagnetic which exhibits magnetic resonance.  The magnetic flow in copper brushing the atoms causes atomic vibration which, in turn, produces a ringing effect.  When superconductivity is in place, agitation of the atoms is prevented.  This allows voltage to flow freely because there is little or no atomic vibration; thus, reducing resistance.  Magnetic resonance is a phenomena exhibited by the magnetic spin system of certain atoms, whereby the spin system  absorbs energy at a a specific resonant frequency when subjected to an alternating magnetic field.  The key factor is that the resonant frequency aligns or stabilizes the atomic vibration much like superconductivity does allowing the atoms to remain in the same place.  Likewise, harmonic radio frequency produces the same desired effect.

PROBLEM:

The transmission of electricity using a medium at room temperature is hampered by thermal resistance caused by the mediums atoms oscillating at an unstable rate.

SOLUTION:

By arranging the atoms in synchronous alignment, the transmission of electricity can be accomplished at room temperature without thermal resistance.  Radio frequency oscillation aligns the atoms by using an external jacket that surrounds the medium which, in turn, magnetically aligns the atoms allowing the free transmission of electrons.  Theoretically, another way to align the atoms in a 60 Hertz signal is to ride the sine wave similar to the way noise travels.  The high-frequency signal piggybacks the sine wave and aligns the atomic structure by magnetic waves.

DEVICE:

This $350 working DC prototype utilizes high frequency, high voltage in a manner that feeds back on itself.  That is to say, this device uses small amounts of voltage to produce large amounts of energy.  The unit works off of 24 VDC that feeds an oscillator producing 2 kV.  This feeds across the capacitor and the neon gas bulb.  In tests using a 24 VDC battery to feed the oscillator, on one side of the capacitor (-500 VDC) was produced, and on the the other side (-430 VAC).

An oscilloscope showed 1.3 volt peak to peak wave feeding the DC side.  This by itself was not enough power to maintain the system for long periods of time.  However,  when the wave fed the positive input back into the device, the energy increased.

High voltage output, either positive or negative, is not normally fed into the positive circuit of a lesser voltage because of thermal degradation due to the resistance.  However, when the RF and the voltage are harmonically aligned there is no creation of heat.  This unique aspect allows the system to feed back on itself.  Tests prove that without the positive feed, the circuit depletes itself within a matter of minutes.  With our design, the same circuit will run for months without draining any noticeable power from the battery.

(Fig. 2) shows a multi wave oscillation.  The first pulse wave consists of 5 oscillating waves at .5 volt positive to .8 volt negative with a 35 microsecond spread.  The wave length is approximately 1000 meters.  This wave propagates through the batteries allowing less drain from the load.  The second pulse wave duplicates the first. Note: At 500 MV to 800 MV there is not enough energy to produce a change at the moment of use.  However, with no load this would take hours to recharge the batteries.  This substantiates that the device is not recharging itself, but allowing a harmonic stability to provide less resistance from moment to moment.

(Fig. 3) shows the negative battery wave to be 10 times oscillated signal at .10 volt peak to peak from zero reference at .6 volt positive to .4 volt negative with a 35 microsecond spread.  It is noted however, from Fig.2 to Fig. 3 there is a noticeable .03 volt peak to peak difference.

POTENTIAL:

In the power generation industry, this device should allow a greatly reduced resistance factor in the transmission of electrical energy.  It would substantially reduce the amount of "force" needed to transmit electrical potential from one source to another.  The amount of energy needed to complete a circuit is decreased because of the positive feed.  Other industries interested in this technology would include all manufacturers of electronic devices in telecommunications, computers, consumer products, etc., and of course the military complex!  (Presently, this device has been tested and proven in DC, and is theoretical in AC.)

IMPLEMENTATION:

This device has the capability of being install quickly and economically.  An estimated cost saving factor is approximately 50-75%!  In the power generation industry for example, to get 600 volts to the consumer, the power company must produce 40,000 volts on their end to try to overcome the inherent "line loss" in the miles of wire between them and you.  

With our technology in place, 40,000 volt transmission would probably still be the most efficient, but they would only have to produce about half to a quarter as much power as they do now to get the same amount of energy to the consumer.  As a beneficial side-effect, the EMF radiation problem they have now should be eliminated as well, and no resistance means no heat!  From a cost savings standpoint, every industry should be looking to implement this technology at once, and consumers should demand it!

Update:  12/98, Walt completely redesigned this circuit, and came up with a 40 watt "Y2K" portable light that would run for 18 hours on a 9 volt rechargeable battery.  It runs much longer on larger batteries, and has a built in solar cell for recharging.

 

Update:  1/08, light may actually be on the market as soon as March/2008, in a similar configuration as the Y2K light.  Or, we could build these one-off, but it would cost a lot more than having them mass produced.

Over the years I've had a lot of inquiries about this invention and for more technical information about how one might implement it.  We can show proof of concept, but unless you have real money to invest, please be considerate of our time.  Everybody wants to talk to Walt since he is the one that designed it, but he lives off the grid.  I have been setting up all appointments relative to this technology in the hope that at some future date, some company will be able to implement it.  I think it would be a perfect fit to get the electric vehicle industry off the ground and we are available to contract with companies in developing a product around this technology.

I do have the original patent applications, and I have scanned those and put them on a CD.  I don't know that there's much more in the application that will help you more than what I have above.  The drawings above came right out of the application, and it you're not savvy enough to look at the description and drawings and figure out what you need to do from there, then I have little hope that reading the patent claims are going to tell you what you really need to know.

Well, I can understand why they would not issue a patent.  Your technology is an open door to free energy for one thing.  And this is obviously unacceptable to those who are in control.  Not to mention that the army probably prefers to keep this for itself.  Thanks for placing the information on the web.  Of course the diagram lacks important details, but I guess a little bit of info is better than nothing.  I would have loved to talk with your former partner...

Dear JG,

I put it on the web, to keep it from being buried.  I didn't say they wouldn't issue a patent.  We had a few office actions on our patent application,  What it came down to is they wanted us to get it tested by 3 independent laboratories before they would issue a patent.  What they wanted us to do would of cost at least $30,000, and probably a lot more, and what then?  We could of done it, but financially it would of cost everything we had to do that, and what if they still weren't satisfied, and we didn't get our patent?  

They wanted more proof of our claims, but we went to 3 Physics professors around Houston and showed them what we were doing, and not a one of them could say for sure just what we were observing with this circuit.  All they could really do is come up with a theory of how it 'might' work, but that wasn't good enough for the patent office even though they read the affidavits from all 3 professors.

It was our contention that if 3 Physics professors couldn't figure out exactly what was going on after looking at it and doing their initial tests, how were 3 independent laboratories going to come up with anything different?  They didn't accept this argument, so we folded.  In essence, I feel that all a patent really does for you anyway is give you a right to sue whoever steals it from you, and that's just another long drawn out battle.  Assuming we got a patent, and actually got it licensed, maybe and I say maybe, we could of made some real profit off of this.  But that's still assuming the ruling elite don't step in and throw a monkey wrench into it somehow.  I'd rather give it away, and see a bunch of people take it and run with it, and maybe actually develop something useful out of it that will really help our world as a whole, than go through all the hassle and personal financial loss.

The only thing that really makes me sad is the fact that someone in Korea, China, Japan or some country in South America, might end up using this technology years before we have it here.  But what else could I have done?  You and I both know for a fact that had my website been a security issue of any kind for the US government it would of been shut down so fast.  Just because you haven't seen or heard of a specific technology doesn't mean it hasn't existed for a long time.  The general public was always the last group to hear about things like this.  At least until the internet came along.

Believe me, I understand that all governments hold whatever technology they have close to the vest.  Technology is a business advantage for any country yes, but certain technologies also help to maintain the safety and security of your country especially if other countries don't have them and you do.  That's how we got to be a superpower.  So I don't have an issue really with our government wanting to keep things from being known in such a way that maybe a citizen could inadvertently pass a specific technological advantage to a hostile country.  Because for example, they may come back once it's fully developed and use it against us.  Even things to do with superconductivity, and especially in the field of superconductivity, I can guess that this could be a huge advantage should somebody develop something more advanced than we have. 

If you could cut the power requirement by 75% lets say, to a weapon by using our invention, then maybe someone could increase the range of their specific weapon by 20 times for example.  Assuming that would allow a hostile country to reach us with a weapon they could never hope to hit us with otherwise, then certainly I realize the security implications as much as the next guy.

I would be overwhelmed to think that I actually invented something that our government thought it necessary to cover up.  Since they didn't really, then neither was this the case with our Harmonic Frequency Generator Circuit I assure you.  But learning about this has been an invaluable knowledge for some people, so I feel it was important to share it on the web.  The real problem is not a government that keeps such things hidden when it's expedient to do so, the real issue is who exactly you have running your government.  Most importantly, what kind of ethics and morals they have and what commitment to help society as a whole carries over in their actions while they're in control.
